HastelloyC-4(N06455) Hastelloy is an austenitic low carbon nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy. The main difference between Nicrofer6616hMo and other earlier developed alloys with similar chemical compositions is the low carbon, silicon, iron, and tungsten content. This chemical composition makes it exhibit excellent stability at 650-1040℃, improve the ability to resist intergranular corrosion, and avoid blade line corrosion sensitivity and weld heat-affected zone corrosion under appropriate manufacturing conditions.

HASTELLOYC-22 alloy has good resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It has excellent resistance to oxidizing water media, including wet chlorine, nitric acid or oxidizing acid mixtures containing chloride ions.

C-276 Hastelloy is a tungsten-containing nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy with very low levels of silicon and carbon. It is generally considered to be a versatile corrosion resistant alloy. The alloy has the following characteristics :① Excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media in the oxidation and reduction atmosphere. Excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress cracking corrosion.
