PRODUCT INFORMATION
Inconel 600 alloy is nickel-chromium-iron based solid solution strengthened alloy, with good high temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, excellent hot and cold processing and welding performance, under 700℃ has satisfactory thermal strength and high plasticity.
Inconel 600 formability: The alloy has good thermal processing performance, and the forging heating temperature of the ingot is 1110~1140° C; The final forging temperature is not less than 950° C, the slab rolling heating temperature is 1130~1170° C, and the finishing rolling heating temperature is 1090~1130° C. The solution treatment temperature of the finished product is 1010~1050° C.
Inconel 601 is a nickel-chromium iron base alloy
The performance characteristics of inconel601 are better than 600, which is an alloy with high chromium content, which has excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. Because the composition also contains aluminum, it can curing performance which is very good. The alloy has excellent oxidation resistance and carbonization resistance under high temperature environment, and has good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature. Good resistance to stress corrosion cracking, due to the control of carbon content and grain size, with high creep fracture strength, so it is recommended for use in the field above 500℃.
